A delicious tomato sauce with onion, capsicum and herbs. Ideal for a simmer sauce or for the perfect Parmigiana.

1. Panfry 4 chicken schnitzels or fillets, place into an ovenproof dish and top with sliced ham.
2. Pour over Leggo's Simmer Sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC or until cheese is melted.
4. Serve with a green salad or seasonal vegetables.
Alternative preparation: Panfry 500g diced chicken pieces until brown. Add Leggo's Simmer Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
