Cook gnocchi following packet directions. Drain well.
Return cooked gnocchi to saucepan with prawns. Add cream, Leggo’s Stir Through Sauce, parsley and stir to combine.
Spoon gnocchi mixture into an 18cm x 25cm baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20-25 minutes or until prawns are cooked and cheese is golden. Serve.
