a bowl combine Leggo’s Tomato Paste, garlic, Leggo’s Sugo di Pomodoro, rosemary and chilli flakes. Pour mix into a 20cm x 28cm shallow oven-proof baking dish.
Cut goat’s cheese into thick slices and nestle into sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until sauce is heated through and cheese has softened.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Serve with crusty bread.
