Everyone loves a pasta bake and this one is no exception

- 2½ cups short pasta, cooked following packet directions
- 2 cups diced BBQ chicken
- 500g jar Leggo’s Pasta Bake with Creamy Tomato & Mozzarella
- 1 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
Place cooked and drained pasta into a 2 litre capacity baking dish. Spoon diced chicken over the pasta.
Mix together Leggo’s Pasta Bake and mashed pumpkin, stir through pasta.
Sprinkle with grated tasty cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes or until cheese and melted and golden.
Fold chopped fresh herbs through pasta in STEP 2 for added flavour.
