Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frying pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add Leggo’s Tomato Paste, diced tomato and pesto and cook on low heat until tomatoes are soft.
Step 3
Stir in stock, lemon juice and beans and simmer for 4 minutes or until beans have warmed through.
Step 4
To serve, place beans on a platter, sprinkle with pinenuts and shaved parmesan cheese.
