Chunky Bolognese is served with freshly shaved parmesan cheese and Italian parsley leaves.

Cook spaghetti following packet directions.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, add mince and cook until browned. Stir in Leggo’s Chunky Pasta Sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain cooked spaghetti and divide between four serving bowls. Spoon over Bolognese sauce and top with shaved parmesan and parsley.
Heat one tablespoon each of butter and olive oil in a saucepan and lightly fry 8 fresh sage leaves until crisp and toss through the cooked spaghetti.
