Step 1
In a large bowl, combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley and half the jar of Leggo’s Chunky Pasta Sauce –Bolognese Mushroom, reserving remaining sauce for serving.
Step 2
Completely line a 11cm x 25cm loaf tin with 6 slices of overlapping prosciutto. Press mince mixture into the tin, fold overhanging pieces of prosciutto.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1 hour. Rest meatloaf in tin for 5 minutes and drain any liquid before turning out. Turn meatloaf out, standing the loaf upright. Cut into slices and serve with remaining heated Leggo’s Chunky Pasta Sauce –Bolognese Mushroom.
