Spicy Turkish Lamb & Pinenut Breads

A super ‘delish’ and hearty meal the whole family will love.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 3 teaspoons Moroccan spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons Leggo’s Tomato Paste
  • ⅓ cup pinenuts
  • Wedges of Turkish bread

Instructions

Step 1

Heat a frying pan and spray with oil. Add lamb mince and cook until golden brown.

Step 2

Stir in Moroccan spice, Leggo’s Tomato Paste, pinenuts and ¼ cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Spoon the mixture onto wedges of toasted Turkish bread.

Tasty Tip!

Sprinkle with baby mint leaves and serve topped with your favourite tzatziki.
