Combine mince, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Leggo’s Tomato Paste and parsley in a bowl. Season to taste.
Shape into 6 burgers. Heat half the oil in a large frypan over medium high heat. Cook burgers in batches for 4-5 minutes on either side or until brown and cooked through, adding more oil as required.
Serve burgers in lettuce lined buns with tomato, cucumber, onion and tomato relish.
