Chicken Primavera

Description

This recipe is perfect served with crusty Italian bread and crisp green salad.

Step 1

Cook pasta following packet directions.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large frying pan, add chicken and cook for 3 minutes or until browned. Add zucchini and beans and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in Leggo’s Chunky Pasta Sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Drain pasta, add to sauce with basil and cook until heated through.

Tasty Tip!

Serve in a large serving bowl and garnish with cherry tomato halves.
