Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, add onion, garlic and chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in Leggo’s Tomato Paste, tomatoes, wine and sugar, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the seafood and simmer covered for 5 minutes or until fish is cooked. Stir in basil, season to taste and serve over hot spaghetti.
