Cook spaghetti following packet directions. Drain and return to hot saucepan.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a frypan, add garlic and anchovies. Cook for 30 seconds until anchovies appear to melt.
Add capers, Leggo’s Passata, chilli and olives. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Add sauce to spaghetti and toss gently to combine. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley, serve immediately.
