A hearty dish of beef, beans, bacon, capsicum and a hint of spice.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500g minced beef
- 1 onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- ½ red and green capsicum, cut into wedges
- 3 rashers bacon, chopped
- ¾ cup beef stock
- 575g jar Leggo’s Chunky Pasta Sauce - Bacon & Chilli
- 420g can four bean mix, undrained
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add minced beef and cook until browned.
Add onion, capsicum and bacon to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continually.
Stir in beef stock, Leggo’s Chunky Pasta Sauce - Bacon & Chilli and undrained four bean mix. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve sprinkled with basil leaves.
