Ingredients
- 250g-300g lean beef mince
- 10-12 fresh lasagne sheets
- 2 x 450g Chilled Leggo's fresh beef bolognese sauce with tomato & Italian herbs tubs
- 490g Leggo's Lasagne Bechamel Cream & Cheese Sauce tub
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Method
STEP 1Cook mince in a non stick frypan until browned. Stir in Leggo’s Bolognese Sauce and remove from heat.
STEP 2
Spoon a little of the bolognese sauce over the base over an 18cm x 28cm lasagne dish. Place a layer of lasagne sheets over the base, cover with a third of the bolognese sauce, and continue layering finishing with lasagne sheets.
STEP 3
Pour Leggo’s Lasagne Sauce over the top and evenly sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
STEP 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
