Basic Non Yeast Pizza Dough

A great pizza dough recipe that does not require yeast!

2 medium pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups self raising flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

STEP 1
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the centre.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, olive oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients until it forms a soft dough.
STEP 3
Turn mixture onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Divide the dough in half and roll out to form 2 x 20cm bases. Place on lightly floured pizza or baking trays.
STEP 4
Top with your favourite topping and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Tips
Spread pizza base with Leggo’s Tomato Paste, Leggo’s Traditional Pesto or Leggo’s Pizza sauce.
