Ingredients
- 100g mini roma tomatoes, quartered
- Thinly sliced red onion, to taste
- 2 teaspoons baby capers
- 50g fetta cheese, crumbled
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh herbs (dill, thyme and chives)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 100g packet John West Salmon Fillet - Cherry Tomato & Caramelised Onion
Method
STEP 1Combine tomatoes, onion, capers, fetta and herbs. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve topped with John West Salmon Fillet.
