Ingredients
- 1 large pizza base
- 2-3 tablespoons Leggo's Pizza Sauce
- 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ small green capsicum, cut into strips
- ⅓ cup artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (optional)
- 7 mini roma tomatoes, halved
- 10 pitted Kalamata olives
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Method
STEP 1Place pizza base on a baking tray and spread evenly with Leggo's Pizza Sauce. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese. Top with onion, capsicum and artichokes.
STEP 2
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, olives and remaining cheese. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
STEP 3
Garnish with basil and serve.
Tips
Sprinkle pizza with dried oregano before cooking.
