Ingredients
- ½ cup each finely shredded red and green cabbage
- ¼ cup julienned carrot
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon sliced red chilli
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- Finely grated zest ½ lemon
- 100g packet John West Salmon Fillet - Chilli with a Hint of Lemon Zest
Method
STEP 1Toss cabbage, carrot, coriander, nuts and chilli with combined soy sauce and sesame oil. Garnish with sesame seeds and lemon zest. Serve topped with John West Salmon Fillet
